| Recommended Gear for all races: Money, water proof bags (for equipment), waterproof document protector, vaseline, foot powder, food/energy bars, tow line, spare gear bag, cooler for transition, extra clothes for transition, large tupperware for securing gear in transition, spare batteries, pencils, markers, highlighters, more duck tape. | |||

| Competitors will be supplied with quality inflatable boats for both the Yough Xtreme & the LIONHEART & quality hard shell kayaks for the Black Beard. | |||

| Double bladed paddles for all 3 races & Personal Flotation Devices PFD’s for all 3 races as well as color, customized maps & passports. (Competitors may use their own paddles or PFD’s but they are responsible for transporting them) | |||

Each competitor will receive a quality Dufold jersey, sweat shirt or cycling jersey compliments of AAS. |
