Via mail by filling out and printing the AAS Race Registration Form  and sending a check made payable to ;"American Adventure Sports, LLC"

Athletes will receive a newsletter approximately 10 days prior to the race, with updated & specific information pertinent to that race.

ROPES portions of the Adventure Races are optional. Athletes can opt to do the race without doing the ropes while being assessed a time penalty.

Make sure to view the home page message board before departing to come to the race venue for updated last minute information.

The top 3 teams in each category will medal. *There must be a minimum of 3 teams registered for the category to have medal contention.

The team format this year is solo's, 2 pers, 3 pers, 4 pers. Coed, male or female.

There is no rappel in the Yough Xtreme this year.
